Missions are complicated. So here are some brief rules and information on dealing with Missions. As you can see there are already certain bits of information under each of the mission titles. Here is a chart of what ranked missions are for what ranked ninjas.
D Rank: Genin
C Rank: Skilled Genin, Chuunin
B Rank: Chuunin, Jounin
A Rank: Highly skilled Chuunin, Jounin
S Rank: Skilled Jounin, ANBU, Hunter-nin
Limit
For going on missions, there will be a limit. THERE IS A LIMIT ON EVERYONE, it is just especially strict on genin cells. This will prevent genin and other characters to grow to fast. Genin cells will only be able to go on 3 missions total per month. Chuunin will only allowed to have 4 total missions per month. Jounin will be limited to their team's missions as well, so they won't be able to have many missions. 4 is the limit but remember, your cell can only go on 3. ANBU and Hunter-nin are only allowed to go on 1 mission per month, there are only so many Nuke-nin to go after.
Nin-Points
Nin-points revolve a lot around missions. We, the Admin will post up the missions and the nin-points you receive. These nin-points will vary depending on how dangerous it is. D-Rank Missions only have 1 nin-point for each member in the cell. Nin-points for the other missions will be determined by Admins as soon as we see the certain ninja required for the job.
Completion or Failure
Not all missions are completed. If any mission is a failure, there will be no points passed out. Admins and Moderators will thoroughly look over missions and see if some ninja involved in the mission even get points. ((Example: If Sakura just stands in the background in the mission, she won't get as many points as Sasuke would if he broke his ass using Chidori, or something like that.)) If a genin cell completes a total of 3 missions for one month, they will most likely receive extra nin-points from Admins.
